    in addition poorly maintained. Hotel will require substantial improvment to justify hotel room rate. musty, moldy smelling room. Frayed linens. Poor signage.

    There was nothing great about this property. stayed one night and had multiple problems. the hotel room stayed in was in horrible condition. It does not look like it has been renovated in the last 10 years!

    Airport shuttle was not available when arrived - Place is significantly in need of some work. (feels old). help is moderately helpful. Shuttle driver totally unmotivated.
    3 smiles Not Bad on a Budget
    Reading some of the old reviews have to say this property must have come a looong way from just a six months ago. the property is conviently located. You can get shuttle service for free in a two mile radius which will take you to YBOR,Channel Side, and several shopping areas. it's literally right off the highway if you drive. help is pleasant and knowledgable about the area. Rooms are so/so clean,recently renovated in addition still look slightly unfinished(Some construction dust).Hotel Restuarant is closed(Sunday/Monday)Basically It seems to be improving and would try it again in six months.
